To install the file on a PC firstly place the image file into your Windows folder on your hard drive ('C'). You can do this by dragging and dropping the image onto the Folder. Then right click on your desktop and choose 'properties' then scroll down the Wallpaper file window until you locate the file you saved to the Windows folder. Set 'display' to 'centre' to get a space to retain all your short cuts. The file will blend with the blue green Windows desktop colour.
Whilst the PC files are supplied as jpeg's, (to save download time) if they do not become available in the menu under Properties, open Windows Paint from your Start/Programs/Accessories/Paint and open the image and Save As a BMP and then re-install in the Windows Folder.
